well labour will still be 拢150 ish because the garages usually have a good mark up on parts such as clutches, make sure that you have the complete clutch kit,ie, pressure plate, centre plate,and thrust bearing.

Both wrong it's quite a big job it takes about 6 hours to replace so it depends on the labour charge of the garage you use I would expect around 拢40 per hour at least. You say you have got the parts, have you got the slave cylinder as well (i.e. three piece kit) it is essential to replace that as well.
