Unless you are willing to pay for the service I don't know of any. Auto-zone used to have manuals on line if you are a registered customer, but I think that they discontinued the service. They now link you to all data pro.
Some times you can find a manual on CD on e-bay, or pay for to down load a manual from a site.
Then there is the public library, sometimes they have lender copies and other times the manuals are in the reference section and can not be checked out.
You can look for Ford Probe forums, sometimes the info you want can be found there.
But unless you are willing to pay the equivalent price for tools as what the labor will cost and have a place to store them (things like a engine hoist), just have some one else do this.

It's not really a Ford.
It was made by Mazda 100%.

All I can say is search for that car in forum clubs.
But you still need manuals.
Or just do it like we used to.
Just start taking fasteners off until it falls free.
Take video, pictures of your progress,
then you make the manual for everyone else.
