My saab is having a problem shifting. Its extremly hard to get it into gear. Took it to the shop and they changed the clutch cable. It is still the same. I can hardly push it into gear its so hard.
How do I find out if this is the gearbox fluid? If it is the gearbox fluid how do I change? Has anyone else had the same problem? Where on the saab do I put this fluid? Have no clue don't want to go back to the shop since they charged me $200 and the car is the same.Gearbox Issue Saab 900S 1997?
Sounds like the clutch is going bad. I'm not sure about the gear lube used. But, you can remove the plug to check the level. First thing though, buy a repair manual at an auto parts store that is specific to your model. Good luck.
